Five steps from the first call to handing over a fully tuned lighting concept.
1. Consultation
30–60 minFree 30–60 min call or meeting. We review the space, style, budget and technical constraints.
2. Lighting design
1–2 weeksConcept: circuit layout, fixture selection, scenes, CCT, CRI, IP ratings.
3. Visualization & calculation
1 weekDIALux/Relux calculation (lumens, lux, UGR), 3D visuals of key rooms and a complete bill of quantities.
4. Delivery & installation
4–12 weeksOrdering via our distributor discounts, coordination with the electrician, DALI/KNX scene programming.
5. Handover & service
ongoingOn-site scene tuning, owner training, 24-month warranty and post-warranty service.
